If you are a new customer, please apply for service by filling out the application below. We will also need a photocopy of ID, closing document, purchase or rental agreement.
Please email the form along with additional documents to wud@wittutilitydistrict.com ATTN: Kelsey or bring it to the main office. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 423-581-4895. Payment for the activation can be made over the phone, or in office.
